By using AnyFrame ("the app"), you agree to these terms. Please read them before using the app.
AnyFrame is sold as a one-time purchase through Gumroad. Your purchase includes a license key that unlocks the ability to create and manage your own photo frame. There is no recurring subscription.
You retain full ownership of every photo, GIF, and caption you upload or store using AnyFrame. We do not claim any rights to your content. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use and display any content you upload, and for keeping your login credentials and license key secure.
Please don't use AnyFrame to store or display unlawful content, or to attempt to access, disrupt, or interfere with other users' frames or accounts.
Local Vault stores your photos entirely within your own device's browser storage. We have no access to this data, no ability to back it up on your behalf, and no ability to recover it if it's lost (for example, if your browser's site data is cleared). Use of Local Vault mode is at your own discretion and risk.
If you're unable to get AnyFrame working after a reasonable effort, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a refund — see the refund policy on the Gumroad product page for details.
AnyFrame is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly compatible with every device or browser.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of photos. We'd strongly encourage keeping a separate backup of any photos that are important to you, regardless of which mode you use.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Questions about these terms can be sent to anyframeapp@gmail.com.
