Privacy Policy

AnyFrame ("the app," "we," "our") is a simple photo-frame application built and maintained by an individual developer. This policy explains what information the app handles and how.

What we collect

• Account info: your email address, used to sign you in (either directly, or via Google Sign-In).
• Your photos and GIFs: when you use Cloud mode, the images you upload are stored using Google Firebase, a third-party cloud infrastructure provider, so they can sync to your display device.
• Local Vault mode: if you use Local Vault, your photos are stored only inside your own browser, on your own device. They are never uploaded anywhere, and we never have access to them.

What we don't do

• We do not sell, rent, or share your photos or personal information with third parties.
• We do not use your photos for advertising, training, or any purpose beyond displaying them back to you.
• We do not include third-party advertising or tracking in the app.

Third-party services we rely on

The app uses Google Firebase (Authentication, Realtime Database, and Storage) to operate Cloud mode, and Gumroad to process purchases and license keys. Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data on their platforms.

Data retention and deletion

You can delete individual photos at any time from within the app. If you'd like your account and all associated data fully removed, contact us using the email below and we'll take care of it.

Children's privacy

AnyFrame is a general-audience tool intended for use by adults managing family photos. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
